Templates are provided "as is"

All workflow templates are community contributions aggregated from public GitHub repositories. They are provided without warranty of any kind — they may be outdated, incomplete, or incompatible with your n8n version. Always review a template's nodes, test with sample data, and never run an unreviewed workflow against production systems or real customer data.

Licensing

Individual templates remain under the licenses of their source repositories. Check the upstream repo before using a template commercially. Content on this site (guides, descriptions) may be shared with attribution; the underlying n8n software is governed by its own license at n8n.io.

Credentials and API keys

Shared templates never include credentials. You are responsible for connecting your own API keys and for keeping them secret — never paste secrets into shared workflows, issues, or public pages.

We link to third-party sites (GitHub, model providers, Buy Me a Coffee). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n8n Agents Hub and its maintainers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or any template — including misconfigured automations, unexpected API charges, or data loss. Automate responsibly: test first, add error handling, and monitor production runs.
